In 9/2013, Judge Trucilla ruled against my attorney who was trying to protect my HIPPA rights against the opposition.
In 2/2015, Judge Trucilla recused himself due to conflict of interest as he knew me to be a friend to his wife (I also worked for her from 1989-1990 prior to going to nursing school).
He knew me when he saw me in 2013 as I sat in the courtroom and he looked at me and raised his hand as if saying, ‘what are you doing here.’
HE SHOULD HAVE RECUSED HIMSELF IN 2013.
